Room: small, but clean. There was some sort of air freshener sprayed in the room prior to arrival, which was quite strong. May be problematic for those with sensory sensitivities. Temp unit was turned off on arrival. Service: Great! Called by the front desk to ensure the room was adequate. Quick and reliable answers to all questions. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a bit under-heated, but hot tub was heated very well. Location: convenient location. Even though the hotel is right next to local airport, no takeoffs/landing were heard. Did hear other guests a bit, though. Total: pretty good experience. About on par with what you’d expect from a hotel in the price range. High quality staff!

Stayed here recently for business and appreciated the convenience to fwy and right across from walmart. Parking is free and breakfast is for all guests to enjoy every morning from 6am-9am during my stay. My room is as advertised but I wished the showed had more pressure to it. Shoutout to the lady at the breakfast service. She was very attentive and replenishes the area. In my room, there is a microwave and mini refrigerator. The tv is loud. I think it's how it's programmed. Even when I lowered down the volume on my last use, it reset back to a very loud volume. One of the bedside lamps during my second day started flickering. Thankfully, the room is bright with natural light when the curtains are drawn. Coffee near the front desk is available 24hours. There's hot water as well for those who prefer tea

5 * and kudos for being America’s worst Fairfield Inn. The place has only cable. The bedding smells of previous guests. The room lights are harsh. The heater is noisy. Shouting in the street is heard at 3 am. The coffee is poor and the whole setup is mickey mouse with BO.

We stayed at a variety of hotels during our family vacation to CA and this Fairfield was the best in terms of rooms and service. Rooms were very clean and without any strange or irritating smells (e.g. from cleaning fluids, etc). Service went above and beyond from all employees, who were very kind and helpful. Special commendation to David, the late-night clerk who checked us in both of our stays.

This morning I got a fraud alert that my credit card was being used at this hotel I quickly contacted the management along with law enforcement and they were able to apprehend the individual. I want to give a huge shout out to the managers of this hotel for their quick response as well as to the Ukiah Police department for their due diligence. Thank you so much!

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend on our way to Redwoods. Decent Marriott hotel and you get what you usually expect. There is ample parking around the property. Rooms are good sized with basic amenities. They have a hot tub and indoor pool - great if you have kids. It was great to relax and unwind in the pool after a long day of driving in the heat of July.

Nice modest rooms. Within town of Ukiah and fairly close to other attractions. Clean and safe area. Free breakfast was well cooked, but potatoes were missing from usual Marriott breakfast choices. Everything is in good condition. The bathroom is pleasant. The walk-in shower is modern and exceptionally clean. The rooms are plain white boxes with no decorative stylish appeal; but clean. Much better than being decorated with poor taste. The flexible reading lights over the head of the bed was surprisingly good for being comfortable when working in bed, instead of at the desk. Front Parking lot has the feeling of a motel late at night; but during day is nice and friendly. A nice parking lot is also behind the hotel. The view from rooms isn’t interesting, but there are trees to add life when looking outside. This hotel is more pleasant than any motel I’ve ever stayed. And less hectic than larger Marriott hotels.

Highly Recommend! Clean rooms, great location, friendly service, good breakfast and great parking. Not sure why this hotel got so many negative reviews. I found it pleasant and will come again.
